Infrared Thermal Imaging

Here are some of the areas where our infrared camera can visually express problems that can not otherwise be seen.

Under a bathroom vanity, we see just a little bit of water in the center of the cabinet.   The lighter area at the bottom of the cabinet shows the water we can see. The darker area around it and the speckles going up the sides indicate elevated moisture levels inside the cabinet.

The ceiling in this area shows no indication of the energy loss that is taking place.   The infrared camera shows a piece missing insulation in the ceiling.

This exterior overhang gives no evidence of the HVAC leak going on just behind it.   The thermal camera sees the escaping cooler air. The source of the air is a leaking duct from the ventilation unit inside the residence.
