Evenings at Saint Patrick: The House ... and Everything in It

Join Pete for another great class in the Evenings at Saint Patrick program. This year the presentation is "The House...and Everything in It."

 

The evening will start with an enlightening explanation of the systems in your house in language that anyone can understand. As part of the presentation, Pete will also answer questions from attendees about their houses. Bring pictures of that weird stain on the floor or the unusual crack on the wall. Record that mysterious bump in the night and we'll discuss what is mostly causing it in class.

First time home buyer seminars are a fantastic opportunity for those new to purchasing a home. Attendees are presented information from representatives of the varying aspects of a real estate transaction including a real estate agent, mortgage broker, real estate attorney, and home inspector. These seminars are sponsored by Monarch Mortgage and held at Beach Ford, 2712 Virginia Beach Blvd in Virginia Beach.

Virginia Beach Rescue Squad Oyster Roast

We are supporting the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad Oyster Roast again this year. Last year the event was Sunday, March 23rd. The oysters were meaty, the chicken was tender and the music kept our feet moving. Come out and help us support a very hardworking bunch of people.
